If
Norrlands Snötroll has to cancel the tour because of circumstances which are
out of our control such as natural desasters
or
industrial action ( strikes ).
In
this case the customer will get back their payment.
If
the customer cancel the tour untill 6 weeks before tourstart , the customer will
get back their payment.
If
the customer cancel the tour 4 -2 weeks before tourstart , the customer still
has to pay 25 % of the tourprice .
If
the customer cancel the tour less than 2 weeks before tourstart , the customer
has to pay 75 % of the tourprice.
If
Norrlands Snötroll can book in other guests instead , the customer will get
back the whole payment.
The
tour includes :
Dogteams
, gear , clothing , guide , food , accomondation ,transfer from the airport and to the airport
.
Each
participant is responsable for taking their own travel and cancalation ansurance
and participate on own risk.
We
can either be held responsable for damages nor for compensation claims.
Both
parts ( customer and organizer Norrlands Snötroll ) have to sign this contract
to confirm the booking and
to
agree the conditions.
